Primary infertility is the term used to describe couples who have never ever conceived after having unprotected sex and primary infertility is often diagnosed after one year of regularly trying to conceive.

Primary infertility leave couples unhappy and is often not as recognised because the couple already have children and want more children however it is just as upsetting and difficult time for couples.
